In this email you receive a Pin number. Keep it for confirm.

Now click the link and you have to enter your Pin number received in the email.
After click on Sign up:

Now you have to enter you personal informations and after click on change info :

Now your account is already create and you have in your account 5$ offered by Ebilldick.
